Gavalas Kolanko Foundation Scholarship

The Gavalas Kolanko Foundation awards scholarships to students with physical impairments. Trident Technical College recently joined as a partner with the Gavalas Kolanko Foundation to offer scholarships to Trident Technical College students with physical disabilities. TTC joins the College of Charleston, Charleston Southern University, The Citadel, and the Art Institute of Charleston in this endeavor. Pathways Scholarship Application Period Now Open Sept 21st through Sept 27th

The Division of Continuing Education and Economic Development is offering a new installment of the Workforce Pathways Scholarship that pays for course fees for approved career training continuing education programs. Anyone who meets the basic eligibility requirements can qualify to receive a scholarship, including TTC employees and students. The new installment of the continuing education Workforce Pathways Scholarship is open for applications one week only, from Thursday, S ept. 21, through Wednesday, Sept. 27. These scholarship funds are available for use only on qualified TTC continuing education courses within approved programs. Scholarship recipients are eligible to take an entire program or classes within a program; they are not able to move between programs. To be eligible, applicants must reside in South Carolina and have a GED or high school diploma, or provide college transcripts.
