Trident Technical College’s Palmer Campus is teaming up with readySC, SC Works, Charleston County Adult Education, Charleston County Economic Development and TRIO’s Educational Opportunities Centers to host an information session that will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 6-8 p.m. at the downtown campus’s Amphitheater. The session will cover how one can become a successful part of Charleston’s growing workforce with panel discussion topics including GED classes, WorkKeys test preparation, college preparation, apprenticeships, workforce development, military veteran benefits and more. Representatives from each organization will also be available after the presentation to answer questions. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
